Monet

Today we looked at some paintings by a French artist called Claude Monet. This Youtube video will give you a closer look at some of his art. The music on the video is by a French composer Debussy who lived around the same time as Monet (and his first name was Claude too!) Have a look and leave a comment about anything you notice in the paintings.

Push and Pull

This week we are hosting the whole school assembly with our buddy class Room 1. This Youtube video shows one of the songs we will share with the school.

Laserforce

We are learning to write detailed descriptions of a place.
Have a read of Dong Hae's description of Laserforce...
At Laserforce I saw fake laser guns and protective vests and the vests felt a little bit heavy. I felt scared when I first got inside, but when I did the missions I didn't feel scared. I heard people's whispers because they didn't want to get spotted and get shot. I saw dark battle field and small shortcuts. The shortcuts were like small dark caves. I could only see a little bit of light coming from the guns and vests. When I had finished all our missions I wanted to go again because it was nearly the most fun place ever!
