I live in the Jurassic Period and
I'm the King of the Dinosaurs.
I am long and I have banana-sized teeth.
In my teeth I have bacteria.
No one tries to challenge me
Because I AM THE KING!
Do you know who I am?

My cousin's coming!
Ralph has written about receiving some good news...
At the weekend I found out my cousin from Blenheim is coming here.
I am excited to play with him because I have not seen him for a year.
We are going to the Rugby World Cup.
After the World Cup he is going back to Blenheim with his parents.
I am so excited, really excited! I can't wait until tomorrrow!

What makes Room 9 children different...
In Room 9 we are different...
... because of how we look, what we like to eat, and our personalities. - Jake
... because of our feelings, ideas, our actions, how much we care about others, our families, the languages we speak, our blood types, our smiles :), wishes, hobbies, faces, teeth, and values. - Rebekah
... because we don't have the same personalities or feelings. - Tre
... because we speak different languages because we come from different countries. - Casey
... because we are all from different countries, cultures, and cities. We speak different languages and have different attitudes. We don't all look the same or feel the same. - Ha Won
... because we have different blood types and different names. - Liam, Summer
... because people have different hobbies and some come from different countries. Some people have different feelings and personalities. Some people's talents are different and they might like different things. Their health might be different sometimes. - Grace
... because we have different names and different hair colour. - Rawiri
... because Room 9 children have different birthdays. - Ralph
... because we were born in different places. - Mark
... because we look different, we behave differently, and we think differently. - Angela
... because we all have different names and eye colour. We come from different areas and our goals can be different. - Jaz
... because every person has favourite stuff, food, and favourite computer games. Children's skin can be brown, black, or pale. They can even speak different languages. - Hanbin
... because some people have different languages and they have different talents. - Dong Hae
... because we have different morals, families, and talents. - Celine
